The Federal Government of Nigeria is now accepting applications from Nigerian students pursuing degree programmes in the faculty of education at public universities throughout the country, as well as students enrolled in colleges of education for its 2022 Bursary Award. The deadline for the submission of applications for the Federal Government Bursary Award is October 21, 2022.
The Nigerian government is seeking applications from students who are currently enrolled in education-related programmes at universities and colleges of education and who meet the necessary qualifications.
Federal Government Bursary Award Eligibility
- Applicants studying Education in Nigerian Colleges of Education and Universities are eligible for the Bursary award, and applicants must be full-time students.
Federal Government Bursary Award Amounts
- According to the Federal Government, students pursuing degree programmes (B.Ed / B.A. Ed/ BSc. Ed) in education at public universities will receive a stipend of N75,000 per semester, while those pursuing the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) will receive a stipend of N50,000 per semester.
