Management has noted the slow rate of the screening exercise for ND I and HND I students which has affected prompt payment of School Fees by the students. It further noted various challenges faced by students in course of their registration exercise.
Consequently, Management has approved the understated guidelines as a measure to ensure seamless screening exercise and prompt payment of School fees by the students:
1. Go to your Screening/Desk Officer and present your acceptance fee receipt with your name written on the back of the receipt.
2. Write down your name on the arrival sheet.
3. Show evidence of payment of school fees
4. The Screening/Desk Officer should check/verify the credentials uploaded by the student which qualify him/her for admission.
5. All students must pay their school fees before the matriculation exercise scheduled to hold on Thursday 14th July, 2022
6. Only students whose names appear on the arrival list would be eligible to Matriculate, write exams and access the Institution’s Medical facilities.
7. Only HND I students whose names appear on the arrival list would be forwarded to JAMB and NYSC Offices for mobilization and to participate in NYSC programme.
8. Any student that flouts the above stipulated guidelines would have him/herself to blame.
