UNIZIK Matriculation: This is to inform newly admitted students and the University community that the 2021/2022 Orientation and Matriculation ceremonies have been postponed indefinitely.

The postponement is due to the one-month industrial action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
The new date will be communicated to the public in due course. We deeply regret the inconvenience.
About Matriculation
Matriculation is the formal process of entering a university, or of becoming eligible to enter by fulfilling certain academic requirements such as a matriculation examination
Matriculation ceremonies are done in Nigeria for all fresh and new undergraduates (newly admitted students in their 100 level) to formerly welcome them into the institution.
