JAMB has disclosed that as of Saturday, February 26th, 2022, about 236,206 candidates have been registered in the ongoing 2022 UTME/DE registration. This information was contained in the weekly official bulletin of the board.
This the board noted is a good improvement compared to what it was last year when only about 102,221 candidates were able to register in the first week of the registration.
The board also revealed that it has approved the constitution of a Management Committee to monitor the ongoing 2022 UTME registration exercise nationwide in order to ensure that the candidates and the public gets quality services and are not extorted.
