The Adamawa College of Education, Hong has released a resumption timetable for the continuation of the 2020/2021 academic session following the closure of the school due to a violent protest by students in November 2021.
The College announced a levy of N4,500 per student as damages for the destruction caused to school structures and properties.
A notice from the office of the institution’s Registrar Alhaji Shuaibu Ahiwa, dated Wednesday, February, 23, says that NCE III students are to resume on Thursday, February 24, 2022, and to continue the examination that was put on hold, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
NCE II students were directed to resume on March 7 to continue their examination on March 9, while NCE I and Pre-NCE students will resume on March 14 and continue their examination on March 16, 2022.
The Registrar warned that no student would be allowed to sit the re-scheduled examination without evidence of having paid the levied N4,500 into an indicated bank account.
