The management of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi has confirmed the death of one of its lecturers, Godwin Matthew Sule, who was involved in a fatal motor accident that occurred on Wednesday, January 13, at Kwoi town, Jaba Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The Department of Mass Communication lecturer who died at the age of 42, was traveling from Bauchi to Kaduna state for the burial of a loved one when he was involved in the accident. It was also gathered that he had just been promoted to a Principal Instructor at the school before the unfortunate incident.
According to the Deputy Registrar, Public Relations, of the institution, Rabiu Wada, Sule died at about 10.00 pm at a hospital in Kwoi town while receiving treatment.
He is survived by his wife and three children.
