The Federal Government has declared Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th December 2021 and Monday 3rd January 2022 as public holidays to mark this year’s Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year respectively.
However, staff on shift duty, emergency or essential services in various units are hereby exempted and will report for duty as usual. Work resumes on Wednesday 29th December, 2021 and Tuesday 4th January, 2022 respectively.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas, FMAN and the University Management wish members of the University Community happy Christmas and New Year celebrations.
