Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) notice to graduates on the collection of the certificates and the penalty for late collection.
The management of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has announced that all graduates of the institution who are yet to collect their outstanding Certificates to proceed with collection within a specified period. Any graduates who fail to collect their certificates within the period announced will be penalised.
ESUT Notice to Graduates On Collection of Certificates, Penalty
This is to inform all the graduates and postgraduates of Enugu State University of Science and Technology that the University Management at its meeting held on the 12th day of March 2021 considered and approved that:
- All graduates of the University between 2000 to 2020 who are yet to collect their outstanding Certificates for various academic programmes of the University should do so on or before 1st May 2021.
- Consequently, any graduate in the above category who fails to claim his/her Certificates on or before the set date shall pay an applicable penalty fee of N30,000:00 (Thirty Thousand Naira) only per annum, effective from the 31st day of May 2021.
- The affected graduates are, therefore, advised to visit the Office of the Ag Registrar from Mondays to Fridays, except on Public holidays, to collect their signed Certificates.
