The Law Student’s Society (LSS) of Faculty of Law, Unilorin holds her 4th Annual Personality Lecture on 26th August, 2021 which starts exactly 10:00am.
The august ceremony in the month of August is organised in honour of Prof. (Mrs) Nimah Modupe AbdurRaheem, the first female professor of law from Ilorin Emirate and Faculty of Law, Unilorin. She is described as an epitome of emulation for prospective female law students specifically and female students in general.
The memorable event takes place at Moot Court, Faculty of Law, Unilorin.
The topic for discussion is “Female Lawyers: Breaking the Glass Ceiling”. The guest speaker for the event, Mrs Ronke Adeyemi is represented by Mrs Gloria Okoduwa, Chairperson of FIDA, Kwara State.
In attendance are dignitaries within and outside the Varsity. The Dean of Law, Prof. Hakeem Ijaiya, Prof. AbdurRaheem Oba, former Dean of Law.
The Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University, Prof. M.M Akanbi. Representatives of Unilorin Vice-Chancellor are also in the gathering. Executive of the LSS, members of LSS and students of the University also find their way to the venue.
