The management of the Plateau State University (PLASU) has announced the resumption date for the continuation of academic activities for the first semester, 2019/2020 academic session.
PLASU Resumption Date
This is to inform all students of Plateau State University that the senate has just approved the 2019/2020 revised calendar. First semester lectures to commence Monday 22nd March 2021.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Yohana Daniel Izam emphasized during the 68th Special Meeting of Senate that continuation of online registration, completion of course registration in faculties and departments will hold for ONLY 2 weeks after the full payment of school fees.
SOME IMPORTANT DATES ON THE APPROVED 2019/2020 ACADEMIC CALENDAR
- 8th March – 20th March 2021: Reporting date for all students, the continuation of online registration and completion of course registration in faculties and departments
- 20th March 2021: End of normal registration for ALL students
- 22nd March 2021: Commencement of First Semester Lectures
- 29th May 2021: End of First Semester Lectures
- 31st May 2021: Commencement of First Semester Examinations
- 16th June 2021: End of First Semester Examinations
