The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved new postgraduate and undergraduate programmes for Ajayi Crowther University (ACU).
Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo State, has received accreditation to run six new undergraduate programs and one postgraduate program following a resource verification exercise in the university by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
The approval was contained in a letter signed by the NUC director of academic planning, Dr N.B. Saliu, disclosing that the university can now offer Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, Medical Laboratory Science, Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, Radiography and Radiation, and Surveying and Geo-informatics at the undergraduate level. The institution also got approval to offer an LLM degree in law.
Vice-chancellor of the university, Prof. Timothy Adebayo, expressed satisfaction with the accreditation saying the university now has more options on offer for prospective students.
