A student of the University of Uyo (UNIUYO), Akwa Ibom state simply identified as Ubong has been killed by his roommate barely 24-hours after his mother was laid to rest.
According to one Daniel Etokidem who shared the story, the deceased student had just buried his mother on Friday, August 6, and was stabbed to death by his roommate on Saturday, August 7, after an argument.
Ubong was reportedly stabbed with a knife from behind him and he lost a lot of blood from the injury. He was rushed to the University Clinic where he died.
