Redeemer’s University Nigeria (RUN) update as regards students resumption from the 2020 Christmas/End-of-the-year break. See more details about Redeemer’s University resumption date below.
The management of the Redeemer’s University, Nigeria (RUN) has released an update regarding the date for the resumption of academic activities from the 2020 Christmas/End-of-the-year break.
Redeemer’s University Resumption Date
Recall that Students were to officially resume on 5th January 2021 from the 2020 Christmas/End of the Year Break. However, following the directive of the National Universities Commission (NUC), the resumption was shifted to 18th January 2021, to check the spread of Coronavirus.
Lately, there has been conflicting information from various quarters on the safe date for the reopening of schools.
Consequently, Management resolved that the online classes, which started on 11th January 2021, should continue pending further directive from the Federal Government on reopening of schools.
The new date of resumption will be announced as soon as possible.
The safety of our staff and students is our priority.
Thank you.
Signed
Mr. 0. E. Akindele
Registrar & Secretary to Council
