The Senate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma at its emergency meeting held on Thursday, 1st July 2021 has approved the adjusted academic calendar for the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 sessions as follows:
A. CONTINUATION OF 2019/2020 ACADEMIC SESSION
Monday, 1st February, 2021 – Course Registration for old students as they come into campus
Wednesday, 3rd February, 2021 – Revision
Monday, 8th February, 2021 – Test for all old students
Monday, 15th February, 2021 – First Semester Examinations begin with GST and ENT courses
Friday, 5th March, 2021 – First Semester Examinations end
Tuesday 1st June, 2021 – Second Semester Lectures continue
Tuesday, 29th-Wed. 30th June 2021 – Continuous Assessment for all old students
Tuesday, 3rd August, 2021 – Second Semester Lectures end
Friday, 6th August, 2021 – Second Semester Examinations begin with GST and ENT courses
Tuesday, 31st August, 2021 – Second Semester Examinations end
B. RESUMPTION FOR 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION FOR FRESH AND OLD STUDENTS
Sunday, 15th August, 2021 – Fresh Students come into campus
Monday, 16th August, 2021 – First Semester Lectures for fresh students begin
Wednesday, 18th August, 2021 – Orientation for fresh students
Monday, 23rd August, 2021 – Matriculation for fresh students
Sunday, 5th September, 2021 – Old students come into campus
Monday, 6th September, 2021 – First semester lectures for old students begin
Friday, 8th October, 2021 – End of Registration for all students
Monday, 11th October, 2021 – Continuous Assessment for all students
Saturday, 27th November, 2021 – First Semester Lectures end
Monday, 29th November, 2021 – First Semester Examinations begin with GST and ENT courses
Saturday, 22nd December, 2021 – First Semester Examinations end
