The Diya Pakistan Foundation Scholarship
Diya Pakistan is a prominent organization in Pakistan that provides a substantial number of scholarships annually to students.
With a yearly offering of 50,000 scholarships to students at both school and university levels, as well as providing monthly stipends to those enrolled in skill development programs, Diya Pakistan is committed to supporting deserving students.
Applications are accepted year-round, and interested students can conveniently apply through the organization’s website.
For the past three decades, Diya Pakistan has been dedicated to providing scholarships, having granted over 400,000 scholarships and disbursed US$ 7.8 million in donations.
Eligibility Criteria for Diya Pakistan Scholarship
1. Students studying at the .
2. Students pursuing college education or completing intermediate studies (FA/FSc).
3. University students enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs.
4. Students with a minimum of 60% marks at all academic levels are eligible to apply.
5. Only students enrolled in Government institutions are eligible to apply.
6. Students who receive scholarships exceeding Rs. 25000 per annum from other organizations are ineligible for the Diya Scholarship.
7. Ph.D. and M.Phil students are not eligible for the Diya Scholarship, except for those who directly enroll in M.Phil after graduation. M.Phil after completing M.A/M.Sc/MS is not eligible for the scholarship.
Documents Required for Application
Please retrieve and fill out the application form and include the subsequent documents:
1. A copy of the applicant’s CNIC.
2. A copy of the applicant’s father’s CNIC.
3. A copy of the applicant’s mother’s CNIC.
4. A copy of the guardian’s CNIC (if applicable and not the applicant’s parent).
5. Matriculation certificate.
6. Form-B of family issued by NADRA.
7. Intermediate certificate.
8. Bachelor’s degree certificate (if the applicant is currently enrolled in a Master’s level program).
9. Hifz certificate (if applicable, with an additional 5% marks given).
10. Disability certificate (if applicable).
11. All university semester/yearly result certificates where results have been declared.
12. Fee receipts or bank challans for the current year.
13. A copy of the guardian’s salary slip (if employed).
14. A copy of the pension document (if the guardian is a pensioner, including name and pension amount page).
15. Enrollment certificates of all siblings currently studying (only for those whose father/guardian is a non-salaried person).
16. A copy of the electricity bill.
17. A copy of the college card (if available).

How to Apply for Diya Pakistan Scholarship
1. The online web application system is exclusively for students enrolled in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs.
2. School and intermediate level students should submit their applications through a manual system, which can be found at https://diyapak.org/apply-scholarship/.
3. The online system is only for Bachelor’s and Master’s level students. School and college level students should apply directly through their school/college.
4. First-time applicants should fill out the online scholarship application and upload scanned copies of the required documents (listed below).
5. Once approved, a cheque will be dispatched to the student’s institute within 10-30 days. After verification, it will be handed over to the student.
6. The cheque can be encashed at any Meezan Bank branch by presenting the original NIC card and providing a copy of the NIC to the bank.
7. The scholarship is paid on an annual basis from 1st July to 30th June of the following year. Students may apply for renewal the next year if they continue with the same course.
