I am directed to write and inform members of the University community that the Federal Government has declared Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th December 2022 and Monday 2nd January, 2023 as public holidays to mark Christmas, boxing day and new year celebrations.
Similarly mid semester break commences on Thursday 22nd December 2022 and all academic activities are expected to resume on Monday 9th January 2023
However, members of staff are to resume normal office work on Tuesday 3rd January 2023
