This is to inform the general public that sales of admission forms into second stream Basic Nursing and first stream Basic Midwifery of the College of Nursing, Sokoto will commence on the 12th December, 2022 and ends on 23rd December, 2022
METHOD OF APPLICATION
- All interested candidates should visit college portal sis.conssokoto.edu.ng to obtain and fill the form
- Make sure you print all the invoices and receipt generated during the filling of forms.
- Provide a valid phone number while filling the form
- Proceed to make a payment of N7,000 (excluding charges) as Form purchase fee
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
The Computer Based Test (CBT) for all applicants will hold as follows:
Date: 31st December, 2022
Time and Venue: To be communicated later via phone number provided by applicants
Note: All candidates should present their application form/invoice or receipts of purchase of the form at the venue of the CBT exams
