This is to inform all registered students (ND1 Full-time & Evening/Part-time) and indeed the Polytechnic Community that, the 28th Matriculation holds on Wednesday, 5th April, 2023 in the Polytechnic Convocation Ground by 11:00am.
Please note that only students who have paid fees and registered in their Departments would be allowed to take part in the 2022/2023.
By copy of this circular; Heads of Departments are requested to collect Academic Gowns from the central Stores for distribution to the Matriculating Students from Thursday, 30th March – Tuesday , 4th April, 2023.
All the affected students should not that they have already paid for the gowns.
All Matriculants are required to sign the Matriculation Register at the office of the Dean of Schools after the Matriculation.
Please be properly guided.
