Armed bearing men, in the early hours of Wednesday, April 13, invaded a residential area in Tsafe town, the headquarters of Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State, and abducted five students of the College of Health Science and Technology, Tsafe.
The heavily armed bandits were said to have stormed the students’ residence outside the school campus and took them away to an unknown destination.
According to a source, the bandits could not gain entrance to the school due to the heavy presence of security personnel and resorted to attacking the residential area.
The source, however, said one of the students escaped from the abductors.
