The attention of the Cross River SUBEB has been drawn to the information making rounds on social media and other platforms that the Cross River State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) is conducting a recruitment exercise into the teaching service.
The general public should note that the information is false and did not emanate from the Board. It is a ploy by some unscrupulous elements to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.
We hereby bring to the notice of the public once again, that the Board does not collect any fee or charge in the discharge of any of its functions. Whoever makes payment to any person(s) in the name of SUBEB does so at his or her own peril.
