This is to inform students who have issues with their regularization of admission that they are to refill their indemnity form and include Professor K.O. Adebowale as the new Vice-Chancellor.
(1) The Students should sign the coloured printed form.
(2) Attach documents to show that they were cleared and admitted for the course of study.
(3) They should bring for submission at room 7, admission office, the University of Ibadan. They should do this on/before Wednesday 22, December 2021.
