Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo 2021/2022 Admission Screening Exercise for candidates seeking admission via UTME. This ONLINE Screening Exercise is mandatory requirement for entry into the School.
ELIGIBILITY
(i) Candidates who have chosen Federal School of Surveying, Oyo as their First Choice Institution in the 2021 UTME and have scored a minimum of 160 marks are eligible to participate in the Online Admission Screening Exercise. (ii) In addition to the above, eligible candidates should have possessed five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Physics and any other two (2) relevant subjects which may include Further Mathematics or Statistics, Technical Drawing or Fine Art, Economics or Government, Biology or Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Geography, Land Surveying all obtained at O’Level SSCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings. (III) Candidate whose UTME subjects does not include Mathematics and Physics is not eligible to apply.

INSTRUCTIONS ON ONLINE ADMISSION REGISTRATION
Registration is online and starts from Wednesday 22nd December 2021 to Friday 28th January 2022. The following are the procedure of the Screening Exercise Registration:
1. Visit the school admission portal at www.admission.fss-oyo.edu.ng
2. Click on Start Post UTME Screening .
3. Enter your Jamb Registration No. and Surname and Click Proceed
(ii) If you chose FSS, Oyo as your 1st choice, your data will be displayed. Enter your valid Email address and Phone No. to proceed.
iv,. Print out the displayed Payment Invoice. Copy the RRR and proceed to any bank for payment of N1800 or pay through your ATM card (for online payment).
5. After payment go back to the Admission Portal Homepage and click on Continue Post-UTME Screening .
6. Enter/fill necessary information including a working email then click on Submit
7. Check your mail to fetch your Application No and password
8. Click on login-page link at the homepage. Use your Application No and password to login and start filling the form
NOTE: The following documents are needed for the process
(i) A recent scanned passport which must not exceed 20KB
(ii) Scanned ‘O’ level result(s) in JPEG format which must not exceed 70KB
(iii) Scanned Certificate of Origin in JPEG format which must not exceed 70KB
(iv) Scanned Birth Certificate in JPEG format which must not exceed 70KB
(v) Scanned Jamb e-Registration Slip in JPEG format which must not exceed 70KB
(vi) Scanned Jamb Result Slip in JPEG format which must not exceed 70KB
vii. Print out the Screening Registration Slip
8. Screening Exercise will hold in the School ICT Centre and the date will be communicated later.
The candidates are to come to the Screening Center with the following:
(i) Post UTME Screening Slip
(ii) Jamb e-Registration Slip
(iii) Jamb Result Slip
(iv) Copies of SSCE/NECO/NABTEB Results at not more than two (2) sittings. (v) Two (2) recent colour passport photographs with red background.
(vi) Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
(vii) Confirmation of Local Government/State of Origin. Online Registration closes at Midnight on 28th January, 2021 and candidates who pay after that will not participate in the Screening Exercise. NB: – Candidates should come along with the Screening Form Print-out on the Screening day. – Please all prospective candidates should adhere strictly to the deadline for the Online Registration, Screening date and Submission of relevant documents.
POINT TO NOTE:
(i) The School will admit only candidates who made at least Five (5) Credit Passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Physics AT NOT MORE THAN TWO (2) SITTINGS. (ii) Any candidate who fails to participate in the Screening Exercise will not be considered for admission. (iii) Candidate’s UTME Subjects must have included Mathematics and Physics and any other subjects as indicated under eligibility above.
