FUTMINNA Post UTME 2022/2023: How to Know if You are Eligible for FUTMINNA Admission Screening Exercise
Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) has started selling their Post UTME admission screening exercise application forms for the 2022/2023 academic session. FUTMINNA Post UTME / Admission Screening Details
Eligibility:
(i) Only UTME and DE candidates who selected the Federal University of Technology, Minna as the First choice are eligible for the screening exercise.
(ii) UTME candidates must have a minimum UTME score of 165 except for those courses for which higher cut-off marks have been indicated on the University website.
(iii) All candidates must possess a minimum of five ‘O’ level credits including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings in subjects relevant to their proposed courses. In addition, Direct Entry candidates must possess a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma and/or Higher National Diploma level(s) or Merit at NCE level.
(iv) UTME candidates that have met the minimum score of their chosen courses, but do not have the UTME or O’level subjects combination are eligible to change to any other course whose requirements are met by the candidates.
(v) Only ‘O’ level result print-out(s) downloaded directly from the website(s) of the National Examining Bodies (WAEC/ NECO/NABTEB) or photocopies of original certificate(s) will be accepted for verification.

Candidates MUST meet the minimum UTME scores for their chosen courses, have the right UTME subject combinations as prescribed in the JAMB Brochure and the requisite ‘O’ Level subjects at credit level.

About FUTMINNA
The Federal University of Technology, Minna is a Federal Government owned University in Nigeria. It was established on 1st February, 1983. The objective for its establishment is to give effect to the Nation’s drive for the much-needed self-reliance in Science, Engineering and especially Technology. It is a specialized University of Technology.
In recognition of excellence in areas of Science and Technology, the University has been attracting high calibre and eminent scholars to its fold. In addition, most of its academic programmes have full accreditation and the rest interim accreditation by the recent exercises conducted by relevant professional bodies and the NUC. The only programme that was denied accreditation during the recent (November, 2005) NUC accreditation exercise was a new programme started in 2002 which is yet to mature for accreditation.
