An NYSC member, @teeecookie took to Twitter to celebrate her National Youths service year and went on to narrate the struggles she faced before the feat.
According to her, she had to write JAMB for seven years, before she eventually gained admission into the university. She also revealed that she lost her dad during her search for admission and had difficulties paying her tuition fees when she eventually got admitted.
She wrote,
Finished sec school 12 years ago. Jamb jambed me for 7 good years. Dad died in between. Got admission 2016. Struggled to pay acceptance and school fees. Corona delayed me for another 1 year. No carry overs from 100-400 levels. Graduated with 2.1. Finally I’m here!
