IBBU Admission List Released: According to the school authorities, the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU) Lapai admission list for the 2022/2023 academic session is out. See how to check your admission status below. Note that the first batch admission list is out.

This is to inform all the candidates that participated in the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU), Lapai, admission screening exercise, that the management of the institution has released the names of candidates offered provisional admission into the university various undergraduate programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.

How to Check IBBU Admission List

Candidates can now proceed to check their admission status following the steps stated below:

1. Visit IBBU admission status checking portal at Visit: http://portals.ibbu.edu.ng/ugreg/?q=admchecking2 
   •  A message would be displayed on the page indicating the status of your request and further instructions.

   Enter your JAMB (UTME/DE) Registration No. in the field provided above

2. Click on the button title Check Admission Status 
3. A message would be displayed on the page indicating the status of your request and further instructions.

Admitted candidates are to also check JAMB CAPS to accept their admission.

Successful Candidates who find their names on the IBB University site and not on the JAMB site should make sure they have their O’Level result(s) uploaded on the JAMB site; This is to enable IBBU upload your name on the JAMB site.

How to Upload O’Level Result on JAMB

1. Visit an accredited JAMB CBT centre or JAMB office or JAMB registration centre/café closest to you.
2. Ensure you go along with a copy of your O’level result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) as well as the email address you used during the online registration and your JAMB profile code.
3. Once you get there, request for an upload of your O’level result on JAMB portal.

How to Check IBBU Admission List on JAMB CAPS

IBBU admission list is also available on JAMB CAPS. Follow to procedure below to check and accept your IBBU admission offer:

1. Go to and login with your registered email address and password on https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ to access your dashboard
2. Once you have logged in you will see a welcome notice just move down on the page you will see “Check Admission Status”. (See figure above)
3. Click on this “Check Admission Status” and you will be redirected to the JAMB CAPS admission status portal.
4. After clicking on “Check Admission Status”, you will see a page showing your JAMB details and your admission status.
5. If you have been given admission, you can now go ahead to accept or reject the admission.
