Some JAMB results for the 2023 UTME have been released. This was confirmed by various candidates on SchoolGist’s JAMB result monitoring thread, where some results were shared. As of the time of writing this report, the results have not yet been uploaded on the JAMB portal. If you have taken part in the 2023 UTME, you can proceed to check your result using the SMS method as provided in the instructions below;
SMS method of checking JAMB result: To check your result using the shortcode method, create an SMS with two words “UTME RESULT” and send it to 55019 or 66019. Please ensure you use the phone line used to register for UTME. You are required to have a least N50 airtime credit balance. This is the only method available at this time. For those who don’t have sufficient airtime, we will let you know once JAMB opens the free portal. All those who checked using the shortcode method will also be required to confirm their result on the portal once it opens.
You can then screenshot your result, and come back here on SchoolGist.ng to share your testimony. While sharing your result, please make sure you don’t share your JAMB registration number, full name or contact information. All you are required to share are details of your results (maybe subject by subject), your total score, the date you wrote your exam, the school you applied and the course you intend to study.
If you do not see your result, ensure you check back as the results may be uploaded in batches. Please note also that not all results may be released at this time, especially for those who just recently wrote the exam.
Goodluck!
