The Vice- Chancellor, Professor Muhammed Mustapha Akanbi SAN, on behalf of the University Community wish to congratulate all our Graduands who completed their programmes in the University during the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 Sessions
We would have loved to have all our graduands physically at the convocation ceremony, but this is made impossible by the prevailing public health concerns and the need to observe the non- pharmaceutical protocols on Covid- 19 prevention.
As a result of the above, the following format have been approved for the convocation programme:
FRIDAY, 10th December, 2021
Convocation for award of First Degrees and Prizes:
Those who made FIRST Class and PRIZE WINNERS will be allowed physically into the Mini Convocation Arena.
A limited number of SECOND CLASS UPPER Division graduates who will be required to register on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis will also be allowed in.
Those who will be allowed in will be issued invitation Cards which can be collected from their respective Faculty Officers.
SATURDAY, 11th December, 2021
Convocation for award of Postgraduate and Honorary Degrees:
All Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) Degree graduates will be allowed physically into the Mini Convocation Arena.
A limited number of academic Master’s Degree graduates who will be required to register on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis will also be allowed into the arena.
Those who will be allowed into the arena will be issued invitation cards which can be collected from the Secretary of School of Postgraduate Studies.
The website for Registration for ALL those who qualify to attend as itemized above will be opened on 2nd December, 2021.
Please follow the steps below to register
Visit: http://convocation.kwasu.edu.ng/
Fill in your Matriculation Number and Password (your surname in lowercase) to login
Select “Yes” or “No” under Book my Space and submit.
Print your evidence of booking after submitting
Submit your printout at your Faculty Office or PG School to collect your “Access Card”.
All those who register to attend the Convocation are expected be at the Foyer of Faculty of Education not later than 7.30am prompt for the commencement of their procession, and must put on their Face Masks, without which they will be denied entrance.
All other graduands will be expected to join the ceremonies virtually using the link provided by the University.
All graduands can start to collect their Certificates from 13th December, 2021.
