6) Primary school-leaving certificate/testimonial
7) Secondary School Certificate/testimonial/ Birth certificate
9) Indigene certificate
10) Medical certificate from the government-owned healthcare facility
11) Reference/undertaking letter
12) Scratch card for SSCE Results Verification
13) Four recent passport photographs on white background.
14) Any means of identification (National ID card, Drivers’ license, Voters card, etc)
