A group of mathematicians under the aegis of the Mathematical Association of Nigeria, (MAN) have organized a special conference aimed at providing solutions to Nigeria’s security problem.
According to the president of the association, prof. Mammon Musa, the conference is aimed at providing solutions to the current security challenges facing the country using mathematical models.
Musa who spoke during the opening of the association’s 57th annual conference in Kano, on Tuesday, August 30 said the security challenges plaguing the country were no longer analog but digital and mathematical, hence the reason for the conference.
