The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule has approved break for schools in the State in view of the Presidential/National Assembly and Gubernatorial/State House of Assembly elections as follows:
a. Presidential/National Assembly elections: Thursday, 23rd to Tuesday, 28th February, 2023; and
b. Gubernatorial/State House of Assembly elections: Thursday, 9th to Tuesday. 14th March, 2023.
2. In view of the foregoing, ALL Principals of Boarding Schools are directed to ensure that proper records of students leaving for the break and those staying behind are kept.
3. Consequently, parents, guardians, Chief Evaluation Officers, Principals/Proprietors of Private Schools, Head Teachers and the general public are to take note of this development, please.
