The management of the Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH) has released an important update to graduands in the institution on the collection of gown. See the notice as released by the management below.
This is to inform all Graduands to take note of the following instructions in regards to the upcoming 5th Convocation Ceremony;
1. All Graduands are to pay the sum of #5,300 (Five thousand, three hundred Naira only) via the portal. Log on to www.ogitech.edu.ng. Thereafter, they are to collect academic gowns from their respective school Officers as from Monday 4th July, 2022 between the hours of 10:00am – 4:00pm.
2. Collection of Certificate: All Graduands who have completed their clearance by midnight of 1st July, 2022 will be eligible to collect their Certificate during Convocation with 50% discount on the cost. The Discount is a concession for those who attend the Convocation only. The amount will revert to the original cost after the convocation ceremony. All payments must be through the Institute’s portal.
3. All Graduands are advised to hand in their gown at the point of collection on or before 8th July, 2022 in good condition. Non compliance on deadline for return of Gown will attract a penalty of #2000 each day.
4. Torn or defaced gown will attract a surcharge of #20,000
5. All Graduands, parents and Guests should be seated by 10:00am
