1. FULLY STAMPED 2020/2021 SESSION COURSE FORM (HARMATTAN & RAIN SEMESTER).
2. COMPLETED PRACTICAL TRAINING LOG BOOK
3.STUDENT SIWES PRACTICAL REPORT (WELL DETAILED WITH DRAWINGS)
4. LETTER OF COMPLETION OF PROGRAM FROM INDUSTRY
5. FILL THE SIWES DOCUMENTATION FORM WITH THE COORDINATOR
6. WEEKLY REPORT SLIPS FROM GENERAL COORDINATOR
NOTE:
1. CLOSING DATE FOR THE DOCUMENTATION: 27 JANUARY, 2022
2. DEFENSE COMMENCES: 4 FEBRUARY, 2022
