The best graduating students from the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), have been gifted a N1 million cash prize each and offered automatic employment by the Ogun State government following the feat.
Iloka Ebuka of the Faculty of Pharmacy emerged as the best graduating student in the 2020/2021 academic session with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.92, while Fatima Awolumate of the Faculty of Agricultural Economics scored a CGPA of 4.82 to emerge as the best graduating student of the 2019/2020 session.
The students were presented with the prizes by the state governor, Dapo Abiodun during the institution’s 30th and 31st combined convocation ceremony on Monday, January 31.
