Salem University, Lokoja, Kogi State has received full approval from the National Universities Commission to run seven additional academic programs in the institution. This was contained in a letter dated March 9, and signed by the Deputy Director, Programme Accreditation, Arc. S.S. Ikani, for the NUC Executive Secretary, Professor Abubakar Rasheed.
The university’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Alewo Johnson-Akubo, made the disclosure on Wednesday, March 22, while speaking with newsmen in Lokoja.
The seven accredited courses in BSc are Computer Science, Information Technology, Geology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and MSc/MBA Business Administration
