The management of the First Technical University, Ibadan, has denied reports currently circulating on social media on the alleged release of the 2022/2023 admission cut-off marks.
A statement signed by the public relations officer of the university, Akeem Lasisi, quoted the vice-chancellor, Professor Adesola Ajayi, as describing the publication as hasty, speculative, and unfounded.
The statement explained that though the admission process was ongoing at the University, the cut-off mark for the new session has not yet been released. It added that all information on admission processes will first be published on the school’s official website and other verified channels when the time is ripe.
It ended by calling on all interested applicants to ignore such false reports and be patient for the due admission process.
