The Examination Monitoring Committee(EMC), Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto has directed all students to print the second semester’s e-Examination Card for the 2020/2021 academic session.
This was contained in an internal memo dated 12th January and signed by the chairman of the committee, Professor Yahaya T Baba. According to the memo, the exercise will commence on Thursday, 12th January and end on Monday, 16th January.
The memo also stated that the submission of the cards for stamping to respective EMC members of various faculties, through class representatives, will start on the 16th and end on 19th January; while collection begins on Thursday,19th January to Saturday, 21st of the month.
“Students are therefore instructed to print their examination cards using their individual database generated during the course of registration,”the memo reads in part.
“The following guidelines and schedules should be adhered to:
“Printings of e-Examination cards start from Thursday 12th to Monday 16th of January 2023.”
“Submission of cards to examination monitor (Members of Examinations Monitoring Committee through the class representatives in your faculty) from Monday 16th to Thursday 19th of January, 2023″.
“Collection of stamped examination cards from Thursday 19th to Saturday 21th January, 2023.”
Meanwhile, the memo added that students that have challenges with registration are advised to contact the Director, Examination and Registration as soon as possible.
