The family of a final year student of the University of Part-Harcourt has been thrown into mourning following her untimely demise on Monday night, June 21, 2022.
The deceased student named Jennifer Omoerere Ubiri was burnt to death alongside three other travelers in a car accident that occurred at Opokuma junction, along East-West Road, Bayelsa state.
Until her death, Jennifer was the Vice President of the National Union of Urhobo Students Worldwide (NUUS) and was on her way to Port Harcourt, Rivers state from Bayelsa when the accident occurred.
The President of NUUS Worldwide, Ishokare Ishaku Emuejevoke Justice, confirmed the sad news on Wednesday, June 22.
