Management of the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has directed all students in the various hostels of the institution to vacate. See details below.
In view of the on-going nationwide industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the University Management has advised that all students residing in the hostels in the University Campuses should vacate same before 6:00pm on Thursday, March 17, 2022.
Students who have any on-going academic activities (Examinations or Research Project) to do in the school during this period are advised to do so from their respective homes.
By this notice, the Dean of Students and the Director, Security are requested to ensure that the hostels are vacated as advised by Management.
