A 300 level law student of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, has been impeached by the university students’ union government over allegations of misappropriating public funds. The student identified as Nnamani Ifeanyichukwu C. (NICE-MAN), served as the Senate president of the union before his impeachment.
According to a source, Nnamani was impeached following a thorough investigation carried out by the school’s Senate and Executive committee, which discovered that he had embezzled over N3,238,500 from the committee’s purse for personal use.
His impeachment is effective from Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
