All newly admitted Part Time candidates are hereby informed that registration for the 2022/2023 academic session will commence on September 5, 2022 for the week-day students and September 9, 2022 for the weekend students. Please note that lecture commences immediately on resumption.
The First Semester Examination will come up between 3rd – 10th December, 2022.
To ensure that all admitted candidates conclude their registration before closing date, all concerned candidates are to follow the procedure highlighted below:
Step 1
Admitted candidates are to pay acceptance fee, and print their admission letter on the application portal.
Step 2
Upload all the required documents for screening on the application portal (https://portal.yabatech.edu.ng/portal/). The required documents are:
i. ‘O’ Level Results
ii. Last school attended testimonial
iii. Birth certificate
iv. SSCE verification slip
v. Transcript receipt
vi. IT letter
vii. ND result
viii. Acceptance receipt
Step 3
After the document upload, candidates are to click “submit for screening”.
Step 4
Proceed for physical screening
Step 5
Click “payment of school fee” and pay the specified school fee accordingly.
Step 6
Generate matriculation number from the portal.
Step 7
Login to the “student portal” to register all your semester courses.
Step 8
Submission of files to school officers
All candidates are to complete the above process on or before Saturday 30th, September, 2022.
Candidates are however to take responsibility for the documents they are uploading. The provisional admission will be forfeited if and when the information uploaded is discovered not to be genuine, false or invalid.
Please note that: Payment of school fees, screening, registration and appropriate attendance of lecture are paramount to your bonafide studentship in the College.
