Covenant Polytechnic Matriculation Ceremony

Matriculation Ceremony Announcement

The management of Covenant Polytechnic extends an open invitation to the general public for its upcoming Matriculation Ceremony. The event is set to take place on 7th July 2023. The Matriculation Ceremony marks the official acceptance of new students into the polytechnic, a significant milestone for every student.

First Semester Examinations

Covenant Polytechnic also announces the commencement of the first semester examinations, scheduled to begin on 26th June 2023. The upcoming examinations signify the culmination of a semester’s worth of academic effort and learning.

Important Notice for Students

For smooth and orderly academic proceedings, Covenant Polytechnic management urges all students, especially those in ND1 and HND1, to note the following:

  • ND1 and HND1 students are required to pay their necessary fees promptly. This action will enable the system to generate their matriculation numbers.
  • ND2 and HND2 students are likewise advised to promptly pay their fees and other relevant charges. Timely payment ensures their access to the examination venues.
  • All ND1 and HND1 students are required to pay a matriculation fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000) each.
  • Additionally, all ND1 and HND1 students are to pay their hostel fees of Forty-Two Thousand Naira (42,000). This payment is a prerequisite for writing the examinations.
