This is to bring to the attention of Deans that the Directorate of ICT is not printing Examination Cards for this Semester Examinations. Students who paid fees and REGISTERED for this semester are enabled to do so through their portal accounts. As directed by the DVC Academic, a comprehensive course by course list of registered students will be forwarded to all HODs prior to scheduled examinations as clustered.
The list will be forwarded today 6/10/2021 to all HODs in Cluster A where examinations are commencing on Thursday, 7/10/2021.
The list is to be used during invigilations to ensure verification of the examination cards that will be tendered by the students.
